You will set off from the Rifugio Fasanelli in Rotonda, in the province of Potenza, and walk along easy, scenic trails with expert environmental guides.
What we will do
The meeting with the guides is at 9 a.m. at Rifugio Fasanelli, in Rotonda (PZ). After the introductory briefing and the handing over of snowshoes and poles, we will set off along the paths of the Pollino National Park, to discover the most evocative corners.
Accompanying guides will lead us in theobservation of nature and the tracks of animals hiding in the forest. In the surrounding silence, we will hear only the sound of our footsteps and enjoy walking in the fresh snow with snowshoes on our feet that will allow us to walk nimbly, without sinking.
The hike will last 2 hours and will take place on a route of approximately 3 km that is easy and suitable for everyone, mostly level (50 m difference in altitude).
