Full description
Get ready for a water adventure with soft rafting along the Gari river in the province of Frosinone.
Before setting off, you will have a briefing to learn the safety rules and techniques for guiding the raft. Then your adventure will begin in contact with nature and in the company of the guides, who will introduce you to the area with lots of information and curiosities.
You will experience the thrill of facing a 4 km descent down a crystal-clear river, which will also reserve you a few moments of thrills, always controlled and safe. You will thus have the opportunity to test the benefits of this sport that provides fun, energy, well-being and a healthy detachment from everyday life.
What we will do
We will meet at the rafting centre in Cassino (FR), where our guides will be waiting for us.
Before putting the raft in the water and preparing for the descent, we will have an introductory briefing in which we will learn a number of simple techniques for driving the raft and basic safety rules . Once we've donned our jackets and helmets, we'll be ready to embark on our adventure and connect with nature and our fellow descent participants.
On board the raft we will travel down the Gari River, whose calm current is particularly suitable for a first rafting experience. Its abundant flow makes the river navigable all year round, while the crystal-clear waters let you see its bed.
During the 4 km descent, the guides will tell us many interesting facts and stories about the river and the surrounding area. We will thus experience an open-air activity that combines the beauty of the landscape with a pinch of fun adrenaline.
Paddling in a coordinated manner, we will finally reach the end of our route, from where we will return to the park with the shuttle bus provided.
The activity lasts a total of 1.5 hours, including the briefing and descent.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 2 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by an adult up to the age of 11. From the age of 12 onwards, they can also participate on their own with a waiver signed by the parent.
For safety reasons, the activity is not suitable for pregnant women.

The activity is available from April to October.
Each dinghy can accommodate up to 10 people, plus the guide.
At the park there is a large car park, showers and changing rooms, a chest of drawers for storing valuables, a bar and picnic area. It is also possible to book abarbecue area with equipped pitches for the whole day at a cost of €5 per person (from a minimum of 4 people). If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
