What could be better than a soft rafting experience? A soft rafting experience with an aperitif!
Climb aboard a comfortable dinghy and navigate the Velino river, one of the cleanest in Italy: it will take you to the historic centre of Rieti, which you can admire from a new perspective (from the water)! An activity suitable for the whole family, so much so that it will even be possible to stop for a swim in these calm waters.
To spend 3 hours of healthy fun, to which you can toast over an aperitif!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Rieti (RI). To welcome you there will be me, a certified rafting guide who is looking forward to sharing this experience with you!
Upon your arrival, I will hand you the necessaryequipment to proceed with the outfit. We will then board a shuttle, which will take us to the embarkation point in about 15 minutes. And it is here that our aquatic adventure will begin, with a briefing to provide you with all the information you need to enjoy the activity without any worries.
We will then be ready to board a large inflatable boat, which is extremely stable and therefore suitable for the whole family! With paddle in hand, we will venture along an initial quiet stretch during which you will become familiar with the equipment and follow my commands.
The Velino river, considered one of the cleanest in Italy, will lead us to the Cavallotti bridge where we will face a small rapids to enter the city centre. Here we will disembark to reach a nearby bar for an aperitif (included) with drinks and snacks. Having recharged our batteries, we will retrieve our equipment to continue our navigation among the monuments of Rieti's historic centre; on request, it will be possible to stop for a swim in these calm waters.
And after paddling for 5 km, we will finally return to the meeting point with a 5-minute shuttle transfer. We will therefore have spent 1½ hours on the dinghy, for a total experience of 3½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone from 5 years of age. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
It is not necessary to know how to swim to participate in this activity.

The experience takes place every weekend from May to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 4 participants.
The activity takes place subject to weather and water conditions at the organiser's discretion.
The experience takes place on board inflatable boats of different sizes, all large and stable enough to accommodate even the youngest children.
A changing room with toilet facilities is available at the sports centre. You are asked to leave any personal belongings in the car, while a safe place to store your keys will be provided on site.
Any accompanying persons may stay at the sports centre.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
