Aquiet experience in a peaceful natural setting. This is the case with our soft rafting in Rieti!
An activity suitable for the whole family, thanks to the large rubber dinghies that are accessible even to small children. And what about the scenery: the Velino is one of the cleanest rivers in Italy; yes, the very river that crosses Umbria and gives rise to the famous Marmore Falls!
Spend 3 hours together with your nearest and dearest, discovering the historic centre of Rieti from a new (unique) perspective.
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Rieti (RI). I am your certified guide, who will accompany you on this rafting experience! Upon your arrival, I will give you the necessaryequipment to proceed with the outfit. We will then board a shuttle, which will take us to the embarkation point in about 15 minutes.
Once there, where our aquatic adventure will begin, I will hold a briefing to provide you with all the information you need to enjoy the activity without any worries. It will then be time to enter the water: we will embark on a large inflatable boat, which is extremely stable and therefore suitable for all the members of the family.
The route includes a calm first section, which will allow you to become familiar with the equipment and apply the controls correctly. We will paddle in the beautiful natural setting of the Velino river, one of the cleanest in Italy, in which the surrounding vegetation is reflected.
We will then reach the Cavallotti bridge, where we will face a small rapids through which we will enter the city centre. It is here that the current slows down, carrying us slowly through the monuments of Rieti's historic centre (in the company of a few ducks). On request, it will be possible to stop for a swim in these calm waters.
And after paddling for 5 km, we will finally return to the meeting point with a 5-minute shuttle transfer. We will therefore have spent 1½ hours on the dinghy, for a total experience of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone from 7 years of age; children from 7 to 9 years of age participate free of charge.
It is not necessary to know how to swim to participate in this activity.

The experience takes place every weekend from May to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 4 participants.
The activity takes place subject to weather and water conditions at the organiser's discretion.
The experience takes place on board inflatable boats of different sizes, all large and stable enough to accommodate even the youngest children.
A changing room with toilet facilities is available at the sports centre. You are asked to leave any personal belongings in the car, while a safe place to store your keys will be provided on site.
Any accompanying persons may remain at the sports centre.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
