Full description
Two nights on a Trentino farm with your favourite person, traditional dishes and a snowshoe hike through the woods and Dolomites. Sounds good, eh?
Treat yourself to a stay in the quietness of Val di Fiemme, with Tyrolean-style rooms, home-made breakfasts and views that change colour at every hour of the day. And when it' s time for adventure, strap on your snowshoes: silent forests, cosy mountain huts and one of the most scenic tours in the area await you.
Two nights to really disconnect, enjoy the snow and rediscover that simple and rare feeling: feeling good.
What we will do
Check-in is from 4 p. m. at the hotel in Valfloriana, in the province of Trento. The structure, completely made of stone and carefully restored, houses five double rooms, each with a different theme: from deer to alpine herbs, from hearts to a more traditional style.
In your room you will find fast Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a large bed, private bathroom with shower, complimentary toiletries, linen, towels and a safe. Some rooms also have a panoramic terrace overlooking the mountains of the Non Valley.
In the morning, a homemade breakfast awaits you, with freshly baked cakes and tarts, croissants, fresh bread, yoghurt, cold meats, eggs, dried fruit and jams.
After breakfast, at 10 a. m., you will set off in your car towards the snowshoeing meeting point, just 3 km from the farm. Here you will be given snowshoes and poles (included in the package) .
The snowshoe hike takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes, on a 5 km trail with 400 metres of altitude difference: an easy itinerary, suitable even for the inexperienced, with no exposed sections. The trail winds its way through holm-oak woods and snow-covered glades, with views gradually opening up: the Lagorai chain, the Brenta Dolomites, Val Zenares and the peaks on the Austrian border.
At the end of the hike you will reach a traditional malga, where a typical Trentino lunch prepared on the wood-burning stove awaits you: steaming polenta, cold cuts and local cheeses, mountain dishes and a final dessert. Drinks are included.
The following day, after breakfast, you can decide whether to spend the day in Romeno relaxing or exploring the area. When booking, it is possible to add a typical dinner at the hotel by selecting the 'half board' option.
Check-out is by 10: 00 on the day of departure.

The parking area is about 50 metres from the structure.

What happens in case of bad weather?
The experiences included in the stay plus experience packages are subject to weather conditions. If the experience cannot take place due to bad weather or other causes of force majeure, you can choose between a refund for the experience that did not take place or rescheduling the activity for another date (if available). However, the stay cannot be refunded or rescheduled if the terms of the package cancellation policy have already expired.
Can I change the date selected for my stay?
