Two things can make anyone happy: the smell of Tuscany and a horse taking you through hills and vineyards.
Now imagine combining all this in a single stay: a stone cottage surrounded by greenery, a wine estate overlooking the valley down to the sea and a 1-hour horseback ride that takes you through olive groves, white roads and the Mediterranean maquis.
If you are looking for a place to really get away, this is what you have been waiting for.
What we will do
Check-in is available from 14: 00 at the property in Casale Marittimo (PI). Located on a wine-growing estate, the cottage overlooks the valley and, on clear days, offers views as far as the sea.
Upon arrival, you will enter your stone house, furnished in Tuscan style, with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. It has all the necessary amenities: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a private bathroom with shower, toiletries, a hairdryer, an outdoor patio and a private garden.
As for the horseback ride, you can arrange the time directly with the staff: either in the afternoon on the day of arrival or the next morning, according to your preferences.
The experience will begin with a brief introductory moment at the ranch, where the guide will help you get familiar with the horse, explaining the main commands and how to behave during the ride. After an initial trial ride, you will set off on your approximately 1-hour walk.
You will ride through the grounds of the estate, past vineyards, olive groves, paddocks and white country roads, until you reach the paths of the Macchia della Magona Nature Reserve.
The following morning, you can prepare your own breakfast in your fully-equipped kitchen, taking advantage of products purchased locally or gastronomic advice provided by the estate.
Check-out is by 10: 00 am.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is designed for 2 adults.
The horseback ride is suitable for people with a minimum of riding experience; beginners can also participate, provided they are a little adventurous, as the route includes some gradients and the guide will accompany the group on horseback.
The accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.

The stay is available from April to October. Check-in is from 14: 00 and check-out by 10: 00. Please communicate your arrival time to the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.
The horse ride is not exclusive; it may be done together with other participants.

What happens in case of bad weather?
The experiences included in the stay plus experience packages are subject to weather conditions. If the experience cannot take place due to bad weather or other causes of force majeure, you can choose between a refund for the experience that did not take place or rescheduling the activity for another date (if available). However, the stay cannot be refunded or rescheduled if the terms of the package cancellation policy have already expired.
Can I change the date selected for my stay?
