Where Italy ends, the toasts begin!
Join this one-and-a-half-hour boat trip along the Ionian side of Santa Maria di Leuca, amidst beautiful caves and stories from your skipper.
A cin cin cin on board with prosecco and taralli will be the perfect way to wait for the sunset and witness its spectacle!
What we will do
The appointment is 30 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Santa Maria di Leuca (LE) . Awaiting us will be the skipper who will accompany us on our boat trip along the Salento coast at sunset!
We will set sail for the Ionian side, navigating the bay enclosed between Punta Meliso and Punta Ristola. From the open sea, we will admire the elegant 19th-century villas and the characteristic 'bagnarole', the precious masonry dressing rooms that once protected the privacy of noble bathers.
We will continue towards the most fascinating caves: we will see the Grotta Porcinara, the Grotta del Diavolo and the Grotta del Fiume. We will pass by the famous Three Gates and the Cavern of the Giants, continuing on to the Grotta della Stalla and the Grotta del Drago, as the golden light transforms the coastline.
We then stop at a sheltered cove for a 20-minute swim. Diving in as the sky turns red and orange will be a unique thrill. Once back up, a toast with prosecco and taralli will be waiting for us to celebrate such beauty!
The tour will end with a return to the meeting point. The activity will last 1½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone without age limits; children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Children from 0 to 2 years old do not pay: please communicate their presence to the contacts indicated in your booking confirmation email.
The boat is not easily accessible by wheelchair, except on specific request to be agreed in advance with the organisers; staff can however support passengers with slight mobility difficulties in boarding.

The activity takes place from June to September.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat used may be a 7-metre fibreglass boat equipped with awning, shower and ladder; or an 8-metre Stinger 28 GT dinghy equipped with awning, sundeck, radi and toilet/dressing area with WC. You stay on board without shoes.

Small dogs are welcome on board.
On-site parking spaces are available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
