The best time to explore Salento? It’s obvious: the golden hour!
Set sail on a romantic 3-hour sunset boat tour to explore the Salento coastline. Amidst caves and coastlines steeped in charm and legend, you’ll reach Punta Ristola – the famous ‘heel of Italy’ – for a dip and a toast with a glass of prosecco, as the sun’s rays meet the sea.

What we will do
We’ll meet 30 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting point in Torre Vado (LE). The skipper will be there to welcome us and take us on our boat trip around Salento!
Setting off from Torre Vado, along the route we’ll be able to admire some of the coast’s most beautiful sights, such as the Grotta del Drago, the Grotta degli Innamorati, the Grotta del Presepe, the Grotta della Stalla and the Grotta dei Giganti.
We’ll then reach the Grotta delle Tre Porte, an archaeological site where the fossilised molar of a Neanderthal child was discovered. Between a dip in the sea and a bit of local history, we’ll admire the Grotta del Fiume, Mesciu Gianni’s Cave and the Devil’s Cave, until we reach Punta Ristola – the famous ‘heel of Italy’ – and Punta Meliso – the exact spot where the waves of the Ionian Sea meet those of the Adriatic Sea.
The skipper on board will enrich the trip with stories and anecdotes about the places we visit. What’s more, during the day we’ll make a few stops for a swim to dive into the Caribbean-coloured sea or go snorkelling with the equipment on board!
And to round off the day in style, we’ll enjoy a sunset aperitif featuring local specialities, water and prosecco, to toast the experience. Finally, we’ll return to the starting point.
The activity will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for everyone, with no age restrictions. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The experience is not accessible to wheelchair users, whilst participants with reduced mobility are welcome on board.

The activity takes place from May to September.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions, at the skipper’s discretion.
The vessel used is a new and comfortable 8. 20 m boat, equipped with cushions, an awning, a boarding ladder, a stereo system and a fresh water shower. You’ll be barefoot on board.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
