Try out the water sport that has become a real trend in recent years: Stand Up Paddle, better known as SUP.
In Brenzone sul Garda, on the Verona side of the lake, you can learn how to balance on a board and move across the surface of the water with a paddle.
A SUP lesson on Lake Garda is the ideal experience to learn how to have fun in the water and exercise even on holiday.
What we will do
The lesson takes place in Brenzone sul Garda at the time selected when booking. Here we will meet theinstructor who, after due introductions, will hand over theSUP equipment.
We will be asked about our level of preparation: beginners will be given the basic board, while those who have already had other SUP experience can request the performance board, which is narrower and longer to go faster. You will also be given the opportunity to change boards mid-lesson.
The 2-hour lesson includes an hour with the instructor, who will teach us how to stay balanced on the board and how to use the paddle correctly. During the second hour, on the other hand, we will be given the opportunity to use the board and pad dle independently in order to put into practice what we have learnt and have fun on the lake.
The activity lasts a total of 2 hours and ends with the return to the sports centre in Brenzone sul Garda.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
