SUP is your passion. You have already practised it in calm waters and now you want to broaden your horizons.
This excursion with an advanced SUP lesson is just for you! Meet our instructor in the natural setting of Lake Maggiore. Once up on your board, chase theendless horizon along theimpressive cliffs to discover the area's main attractions.
Board and paddle in hand, we have a lake to explore in 2 hours!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Arolo (VA). You will be met with SUP board, paddle and life jacket in hand!
After an introductory lesson on the activity, we will be ready to paddle on the waters of Lake Maggiore. This excursion is designed for those of you with previous SUP experience: you will easily stand up on the board and sail towards the wide horizon that this spectacular natural setting gives us.
We will paddle to the beaches of the lake and, if we wish, we can stop at the Pirates' Lair. Constant throughout the navigation will be the cliffs of Lake Maggiore, a naturalistic giant in which numerous attractions of the area are embedded. If we are full of energy, we may even paddle to theHermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso!
We will finally return to the meeting point. The experience lasts a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The excursion is suitable for anyone with previous experience in SUP, from 6 years of age.
Swimming skills are required to participate.
Other information
The activity is available from January to December, weather permitting.
During the winter months you will be provided with a wetsuit free of charge; request it directly from the tour organiser after booking confirmation.
The experience is available privately for special occasions (birthday parties, hen and stag parties, etc); please contact us privately for a quote.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
