First timeSUP experience? Our 2-hour lesson excursion on Lake Monate, which offers truly impressive scenery in every season, is just right for you!
From spring, with the first blossoms and the area beginning to populate with swans and water lilies, to autumn, with its typical colours ranging from yellow to orange. You will paddle in incredibly clear and clean waters, thanks also to the ban on motor boats. You will admire beautiful views, lakeside villages and hidden beaches.
An experienced instructor will first teach you the basic techniques of Stand Up Paddle and then show you all the wonders of the lake, taking you on a tour recommended for beginners. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
The meeting point is in Travedona Monate (VA). On arrival, we will be welcomed by theinstructor and given our SUP board, together with paddle and life jacket.
We will have an introductory lesson on Stand Up Paddle, trying paddling first on our knees and then standing up. Once familiar with the paddling technique, we will be ready to set off on our tour.
Please note that this activity is recommended for beginners and novices, which is why we have chosen the tranquillity of Lake Monate, one of the cleanest in northern Italy. We will admire splendid lake landscapes, characteristic villages, and all the beauty that graces the shores of the lake.
We will be able to observe swans swimming peacefully in the lake and dragonflies wandering among beautiful water lilies and reeds. We can also make a stop at one of the many small beaches, such as Varcobi Beach or Thoughts Beach.
After about two hours of activity, we will return to the starting point.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 6 years old and up. No specific skills are required, just knowing how to swim.
Other information
The activity can be booked all year round, weather permitting.
In the winter months, you will be provided with a wetsuit free of charge. Please request this directly from the tour organiser after booking confirmation.
The experience is available privately for special occasions (birthday parties, hen and stag parties, etc); please contact us privately for a quote.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
