Full description
Experience adventure with a super rafting experience along a 4 km route on the Gari river in the province of Frosinone.
In the company of an experienced guide , you will discover what it means to move in the river current, tackle the rapids and paddle faster and faster in a challenge with the other crews.
Dive into the waters of the river and enjoy the energy andadrenaline of an activity like this!
What we will do
We will meet at the rafting centre near Cassino (FR). Before starting the descent, we will have a briefing to learn about safety rules and basic rafting techniques. In this way, we will be ready for a truly fun experience on board our raft along a 4-km route.
We will face the Gari river in the company of experienced guides, who will turn us into the protagonists of a very dynamic descent, designed for real adventurers. Once on board, we will start paddling and discover what it means to surf a wave, dive into a rapid or ferry the raft moving in the river current.
We will also engage in playful competitions with other crews to see who can paddle the fastest and have fun with our companions as we dive into the crystal-clear waters of the Gari, whose flow makes it navigable at any time of the year.
Our guides will not only entertain us, they will also tell us about the wonders of the area to make us feel in complete harmony with nature and make us appreciate this super adventure even more!
At the end of the route, we will return to the starting point with the shuttle provided by the rafting centre. The activity will last a total of 2½ hours, including the briefing and the descent.
Who it is aimed at
To participate, one must be at least 15 years old, have a healthy constitution and be able to swim. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, rafting super is not suitable for pregnant women.
Other information
The activity is available from April to October, even when it rains, and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Each raft can accommodate up to 10 people, plus the guide.
At the park, there is a large car park, showers and changing rooms, a chest of drawers for storing valuables, a bar and picnic area. It is also possible to book abarbecue area with equipped pitches for the whole day at a cost of €5 per person (from a minimum of 4 people). If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
