And it couldn't be any other way, since this is our olive grove walk and oil tasting: in the company of a guide, you will walk through the centuries-old olive grove of a Sicilian estate, then taste the house Extra Virgin Olive Oil accompanied by local products.
A 4-hour experience in the name of taste Made in Sicily!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Alcamo (TP). We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants, the experience will begin with a walk through the centuries-old olive grove: step by step, the guide will tell the story of the estate, the land and the olive grove. This will be an opportunity to ask questions and satisfy our curiosity, as well as enjoy the landscape of western Sicily. This moment will last about 1.5 hours, depending on the involvement of the participants.
We will then move inside, to the restaurant of a historic Sicilian estate. Here a tasting of olive oil and Sicilian products will take place: we will taste thehouse's Extra Virgin Olive Oil and local products such as cold meats, cheeses and other appetisers accompanied by 1 glass of wine. This moment will last about 1.5 hours, depending on the involvement of the participants.
We will then have about 1 hour of free time to enjoy the estate. The experience will last about 4 hours in total.
