Let the sea air wash over you: boat trips in Salento are the perfect activity for anyone who doesn’t mind a bit of salt in their hair!
On a 3-hour tour, you’ll be able to admire the most beautiful caves along this coastline lapped by crystal-clear waters, before taking a dip with your snorkelling gear to explore the seabed.
The icing on the cake? A highly experienced local skipper and a delicious aperitif made with local specialities!
What we will do
We’ll meet 30 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting point in Torre Vado (LE). The skipper will be there to welcome us and take us on our boat trip around Salento!
Setting off from Torre Vado, along the route we’ll be able to admire some of the coast’s most beautiful sights, such as the Fiumara Inlet, Terradico Cave, Grotta dei Gabbiani and Grotta della Stalla.
The skipper on board will enrich the trip with stories and anecdotes about the places we visit. What’s more, during the day we’ll make a few stops for a swim, so we can dive into the Caribbean-coloured sea or go snorkelling with the equipment provided on board!
Finally, after admiring the stunning Grotta del Soffio and Grotta della Vora, we’ll return to the starting point whilst a delicious aperitif is served on board , featuring traditional local specialities accompanied by prosecco and water.
The activity will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for everyone, with no age restrictions. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The experience is not accessible to wheelchair users, whilst participants with reduced mobility are welcome on board.

The activity takes place from May to September.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions, at the skipper’s discretion.
The vessel used is a new and comfortable 8. 20 m boat, equipped with cushions, an awning, a boarding ladder, a stereo system and a fresh water shower. You’ll be barefoot on board.

Paid parking is available on site . The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
