Enjoy a delicious dinner on board a sailing boat along the Salento coast. An incredibly evocative atmosphere will provide the backdrop for this romanticexperience that is absolutely worth sharing with the people you love most.
The boat will be at your disposal, while the skipper will take you to the roadstead. The dinner menu will be no less than the location: tasty fresh fish dishes accompanied by Apulian wines.

What we will do
Departure is at 20:00 at the port of Santa Maria di Leuca (please arrive at least 20 minutes beforehand). Here the skipper and crew will welcome you and take you aboard the sailboat.
You will begin a peaceful sail towards the Ionian coast of Apulia, which is more sheltered from the wind. From here you will be able to admire the last lights of the sun, which will have recently set and left behind beautiful orange hues.
If the wind allows it, you will sail, otherwise the motor will be used, but always at low speed to allow you to enjoy thetruly unique and evocative atmosphere.
The skipper will choose the best anchorage, always close to Punta Ristola, the southernmost point of the heel of Italy. At this point you can settle in for dinner to begin.
The crew will serve you an appetiser and a first or second course of seafood, according to the menu agreed the previous evening. Selected wines from local wineries will always be at your disposal.
Once dinner is over, the skipper will reverse course to return to the port, which you will reach around 23:00.

The activity takes place every day from May to October, subject to weather and sea conditions.
It is necessary to arrive at approximately 7.40 p.m. to allow for boarding and depart punctually at 8 p.m.
The boat is a sailboat with a large cockpit, sundeck at the bow, stern platform with a comfortable lift, awning, indoor and outdoor shower, toilet, fridge, icebox and many other on-board amenities. The organiser has 3 boats available, each of which can take a maximum of 10 participants.
The evening before the experience you will be contacted by the organiser to agree on the menu that will be served the following day: this will also be the time when you can communicate any needs or food intolerances. Other choices on the menu will include sea crudités, grilled red tuna or Gallipoli purple prawns.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
