Full description
Circeo as you've never seen it! Immerse yourself in the magical landscape of the Circeo promontory with our half-day SUP excursion. You will see spectacular caves, inlets and a golden beach.
Equipped with a board and paddle, you will take a journey on the waters that will lead you to the discovery of enchanted places: four caves that are extraordinary for their beauty, history and legends. The first will be Torre Paola, then you will continue on to the Grotta del Laghetto, the Grotta della Maga Circe and the Grotta del Prigioniero.

What we will do
The meeting is at 8.30 am in San Felice Circeo, in the province of Latina. After introductions, we will conduct a briefing on the activity and provide you with a waterproof bag, board, and paddle. After that, we will start the excursion at around 9:00am.
You've never done SUP? Don't worry, you'll learn in a few minutes thanks to a mini-lesson that will include ten minutes of manoeuvres. Immediately afterwards, we will set off to discover four magnificent caves of the Circeo, as well as the cliffs, inlets, and spectacular seabed of the promontory, rich in flora and fauna.
Admiring the natural surroundings, we will arrive at the Torre Paola Cave, which is located just below the tower of the same name. We will then take you to the Grotta del Laghetto, where if you wish you can descend to visit the magical lake set in the rocks.
The Grotto of the Sorceress Circe will be the third stop of the trip, where you can stop for about ten minutes. Finally, I will take you to the Grotta del Prigioniero near a beach that can only be reached by sea.
It will be an unforgettable tour that you will be able to relive thanks to the photos taken during the trip, which I will make available in a Drive folder active for 2 weeks, to which you will have access as a participant. The excursion lasts about 3 ½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The excursion is for everyone over the age of 14. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimming skills are required.
Other information
The excursion is available every day from April to September and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
The itinerary and the order in which the caves are visited may vary depending on weather and sea conditions. Entrance to the caves is regulated by current regulations and several of them can only be admired from outside.
Attention! Please arrive 30 minutes before the tour departure time.
Dogs are allowed on the beach and can participate in the tour, provided they are medium-sized and socialised.
In the colder months such as April and May, a wetsuit (included) is also provided: please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to inform them of your size.
At the end of the activity, it is possible to have lunch in a restaurant with a fish menu at an agreed price between €25 and €30 to be paid on site (starter, first course, main course of your choice, dessert, drinks and coffee). The meeting point can be reached by public transport; a free car park and a car park with special rates are available on site: to access the latter, contact the organiser to find out the rates and book your parking space.
