Do you know the origin of the name of the Dragon Cave? And the Grotta del Presepe?
The Salento caves hold stories and secrets that our crew will be eager to reveal to you during this motorboat tour. There are many natural attractions encountered during the navigation, even more interesting anecdotes you will discover!
Explore the Ionian and Adriatic sides, venturing as far as the Mannute Complex. In between, refresh yourself during the bathing stops and enjoy an aperitif on board with a view of Puglia!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you 20 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Torre Vado (LE). You will be welcomed aboard my motorboat, ready to take you on a discovery of the Salento caves!
Once all passengers have finished boarding, we will set sail from Torre Vado to venture out into the sea. On the way, we will encounter numerous natural attractions such as the Grotta del Drago, Grotta del Presepe, Grotta delle Tre Porte, Grotta del Fiume and Punta Ristola. Each with stories and secrets to tell, which thecrew will not fail to reveal!
Our journey will continue to Santa Maria di Leuca, Punta Meliso, the Leuca Lighthouse, the Grotta Tenda degli Indiani, the Grotta del Soffio, the Grotta dell'Orto Cupo and the Grotta della Cattedrale. All the way to the Mannute Complex, which marks the boundary of our exploration on the Adriatic side.
In the course of the navigation, there will be 2 swimming stops lasting 30 minutes each, both in beautiful natural settings. An aperitif of fresh fruit and non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks will be served on board (included).
We will return to the meeting point after 4 hours of sailing.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for everyone with no age limit; children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children aged 0 to 2 years participate free of charge; the boat is not pram accessible.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible.

Attention! Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure.
The experience is available from April to October.
The itinerary may change at the discretion of the captain depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat is the 16-metre long and 5-metre wide motor vessel Bodu Fuhj equipped with a sun deck, awning and easily accessible toilets.
Upon boarding, passengers are asked to remove their footwear; the boat is equipped with non-slip flooring to remain barefoot.

Dogs are allowed on board while it is not possible to bring food and drinks on the boat.
