Full description
Set off on a private boat tour to discover the marinas of Melendugno: San Foca, Roca Vecchia, Torre dell'Orso and Torre Sant'Andrea. Enjoy a trip to the heart of Salento!
You will leave from the port of San Foca and sail along the coast admiring bays, coves, inlets and sea caves, including the famous Grotta della Poesia.
You will sunbathe on the boat, dive into the crystal-clear waters, listen to the guide's stories, enjoy an aperitif on board, and spend half a day at sea in total privacy and relaxation.
What we will do
We will set sail from the port of San Foca, one of the marinas of Melendugno (LE), on the Adriatic side of the Salento peninsula. We will sail on board a motor boat for our exclusive use, spacious and equipped with all comforts.
One of our first stops will be the Grotte della Poesia, one of the most famous caves in Salento: a natural open-air pool characterised by a deep blue sea. In the same area we will be able to admire Roca Vecchia, known for housing the archaeological remains of one of the oldest settlements in the Mediterranean.
Continuing southwards, we will reach Torre dell'Orso, known for its crystal-clear waters. It will be impossible to resist the urge to take a dip from the boat. Here we will encounter two striking stacks rising from the sea, called Le Due Sorelle (The Two Sisters), the symbol of the resort.
Finally, it will be the turn of Torre Sant'Andrea and its rocky coastline characterised by sheer cliffs and romantic secluded coves. During the tour we will also be offered an alcoholic or non-alcoholic aperitif accompanied by fresh fruit and baked goods (included in the participation fee).
The excursion lasts approximately 4 hours and our four-legged friends are also allowed on board!

Other information
The activity takes place from April to October and is reserved for private groups of a maximum of 7 participants.
Theboat on which the activity will take place is an Open boat equipped with cushions, awning and climbing ladder.
Schedules may vary depending on the season and weather. In that case you will be notified by the organisation a few days before the activity.
For an additional charge of €70 (payable locally) and by requesting this in advance via the contact details you will receive in your booking confirmation e-mail, it is possible to have a snorkelling instructor on board.
If you would like to bring your dog on board, please inform the organiser after booking.
