Did you know that, according to legend, the Trojan hero Aeneas landed here? Get ready for an epic adventure on board an exclusive boat, dedicated only to you and your group.
You will sail along the south coast of Otranto for 3 hours, discovering wild inlets and cliffs dominated by solitary lighthouses, accompanied by an experienced skipper ready to reveal every secret of the area.
Between a dip in the blue and a toast with a Salento aperitif based on local products, you will enjoy the sea in total freedom. There are no fixed bathing times: you decide where and how long you want to stay in this corner of paradise!
What we will do
The appointment is at the indicated time at the meeting point in Otranto (LE) . Awaiting you will be the skipper who will accompany you on your excursion to discover the natural treasures of the Salento Adriatic on board a boat for your exclusive use.
Once on board, you will set sail leaving behind the charms of the Aragonese castle and head towards the Bay of Orte. Here you will admire the rugged coastline and the famous Palascia Lighthouse, Italy's most easterly point, towering proudly over the sheer cliffs. Since this is a private tour, the stops and their duration will be customised according to your needs and preferences.
You will continue sailing until you reach the inlet of Porto Badisco, where you can dive to admire the seabed using the snorkelling masks and swimming aids provided to you. To relax between swims, you will have comfortable beach towels and pillows on the boat.
During the experience you will be served an aperitif with typical Salento products, such as taralli and local specialities, accompanied by native wines and beers, as well as cool drinks to toast in total privacy.
Finally, you will return to the starting point after about 3 hours of hiking.

The activity is suitable for all without age limits; children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but staff can support any passengers with reduced mobility or mobility difficulties in boarding.

The activity takes place from May to October. The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat used is an 8-metre open boat, equipped with a sundeck at the bow, a sofa in the shade, a small table, a freshwater shower and beach towels.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
