Challenge and overcomeyour laziness with a morning SUP experience. We promise: you won't regret your beauty sleep!
Gather your friends and enjoy a 2.5-hour sunrise tour in the Circeo Park. Climb aboard your board and explore the beauty of the Latium coastline, letting you be enchanted by its legendary caves.
And to make your awakening even sweeter, a delicious breakfast overlooking the sea. Come on, set the alarm clock!
What we will do
The rendezvous will be 30 minutes before the time agreed at the time of booking at the waterfront in Sabaudia (LA).
First, we will attend a briefing on the activity, so that we can enjoy it in total safety. Immediately afterwards, we will board the SUP to begin our excursion.
Our first stop will be the Cave of Torre Paola, which scholars speculate may be the very one narrated by Homer in which the sorceress Circe invited Ulysses to hide the cargo of his ships.
We will then continue our excursion to the other caves of the Circeo: the Grotta del Laghetto, the Grotta di Breuil, an archaeological site of great importance for the prehistoric remains found here, and the Grotta della Maga Circe.
On board our boards, we will then have the unique opportunity to admire the Prisoner's Beach from the water. Here, those who wish can opt for a full muscular awakening with a sunrise dive .
Finally, to celebrate this experience, we will enjoy a delicious breakfast while admiring the sea. But there's more: the memories of this unique awakening will be immortalised in beautiful photographs that the organiser will share with us free of charge at the end of the experience.
With a heart full of beauty (and a belly full of carbohydrates), we will finally return to our starting point after a hike lasting a total of 2½ hours and about 3 km.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 14 years of age. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimming skills are required.
Other information
This activity is available from June to September and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Any allergies or problems with insect bites, sun, light or other problems must be reported to the organiser in advance.
If you have any food allergies and/or intolerances , please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to communicate them.
The itinerary and the order in which the caves are visited may vary depending on the weather and sea conditions; entry to the caves is regulated by current regulations and several of them can only be admired from outside.
No showers, toilets or changing facilities are available on site.
Dogs are allowed on the beach and can participate in the excursion, provided they are medium-sized and socialised.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; there is a free car park on site and a car park with special arrangements: to access the latter, contact the organiser for rates and to reserve your parking space.
