A trekking tour on the Amalfi Coast is probably the best way to discover one of the most beautiful and famous stretches of coastline in Italy, to smell the scent of lemons and its vegetation and to admire the breathtaking landscapes on paths overlooking the sea.
It will be an unforgettable walk between the sea and the mountains, following the characteristic narrow streets and long flights of steps that connect the various seaside villages set in the rocks.
A total immersion in the nature, art, history and culture of these timeless places, from Maiori to Amalfi, an unmissable day that will make you get to know and fall in love with the pearls of the Coast.
What we will do
We will meet in Cava de' Tirreni (SA) at around 8.00 a.m. and from there we will move with our guide to Maiori, the ancient fishing village and gateway to the Amalfi Coast. There we will begin our trekking tour, passing by the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria a Mare, with its stupendous majolica dome, and continuing for a stretch along the Sentiero dei Limoni (Lemon Path ), which, amid fragrant lemon groves, will lead us to the smaller Minori.
We will pass through the evocative alleys of the village and then arrive in the heart of Ravello, an exceptional pearl of the Amalfi Coast. We will enjoy a good coffee in the small square of the Duomo, admiring its beauty, and then continue on to our next destination: Atrani.
Nestled between the mountains overlooking the sea Atrani is a hidden village, almost intimidated by the more famous beauty of Amalfi. It will be like discovering a hidden treasure, which will surprise us with unexpected splendour. We will be surrounded by ancient churches, princely villas and spectacular views: an atmosphere so magical that it will seem almost unreal!
The walk will take us to Amalfi, the ancient Maritime Republic queen of the coast to which it gives its name. Here we will be greeted by the majestic Duomo di Sant'Andrea Apostolo and as we wander through the picturesque alleys of the centre, perhaps tasting a typical 'Cuoppo Amalfitano', we will think we want to stay there forever!
After visiting Amalfi we will take a bus back to Maiori. The bus journey will also be an exciting experience, as we will travel along hairpin bends overlooking the sea. From Maiori we will return with the guide to the initial meeting point. The activity lasts a total of 6 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an intermediate level. It is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, as long as you are used to long walks on mountain trails and have no problems tackling steps.

The activity takes place every Sunday from April to October with a morning departure and is confirmed once 6 participants are reached.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
