Full description
Venice by night is something else entirely.
You have to experience it for yourself, by taking part in our night kayak tour: in the company of a guide, you will venture into the darkness letting yourself be guided by the illuminations of the Cannaregio sestriere. There will be no shortage of stories and curiosities, to get to know the city better in its evening guise.
An excursion of almost 2 hours, paddling through the night.
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Venice. We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this nocturnal adventure!
Having gathered all the participants, theequipment will be handed over and a briefing of about 10 minutes on how to use the kayak will take place. One at a time and with the support of the guide, we will then enter the water to start getting familiar with the kayak and practise changing direction.
Paddle in hand and kayak 'lit up', we will be ready to venture into the darkness of Venice's canals: we will paddle through the Cannaregio sestriere until we reach Fondamenta Nove, heading out into the open lagoon to try and spot theIsland of San Michele on the horizon. We will proceed at a leisurely pace, to better admire the city in its evening guise; all enriched by stories and curiosities about Venice, which will add atmosphere to the already suggestive night.
We will finally return to the meeting point, paddling through the canals of Cannaregio. The kayak excursion will last 1 hour and 40 minutes; the total experience will last 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from 6 years of age; children under 18 must participate with an adult.
The excursion is of an easy level and suitable for first-time kayaking experience.
A maximum weight of 130 kg is required to participate. It is not necessary to know how to swim to participate.
The experience is prohibited for people with heart problems and pregnant women from the third month.
Other information
The experience takes place from April to October.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
The organisation has single kayaks and/or double kayaks available: you can communicate your preference but allocation will be at the guide's discretion.
On site, there are changing rooms with lockers for storing personal items.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
