Full description
The via fer rata is a very special activity in which, thanks to the aid of steel ropes, ladders or steps, you will have the opportunity to climb up otherwise inaccessible rock faces and admire a panorama that will literally take your breath away.
The Valimpach via ferrata is very simple but no less impressive and takes place not far from Caldonazzo (TN), in the heart of Valsugana. The route lasts approximately 3 hours and is characterised by a section in which you will pass by a large waterfall, a magical place that will captivate you.
The experience will take place in total safety, in the company of an expert guide.
What we will do
The meeting is at 08:30 near Caldonazzo, in the province of Trento. We will be welcomed by an expert guide who will illustrate the route and provide us with the necessary equipment.
In the company of the guide, we will walk along a path for 10-15 minutes. After that, the Ferrata proper will begin, with an exposed and scenic first section, but nevertheless very easy. We will then walk along a marvellous waterfall which, with a 50-metre drop, leads into a steep valley.
We continue along another stretch, climbing over boulders with the aid of ropes, always in complete safety. Finally, to return to the starting point, we will cross a comfortable path from which we can admire the enchanting Valsugana landscape.
The experience lasts a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone over the age of 10. No specific skills are required, just being in good physical condition and not suffering from vertigo.

The experience can be booked in July and August, weather permitting, and is confirmed with a minimum of four participants.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
