2-hour horseback ride with panoramic views of the Conero

Lushnature , woods, mule tracks, the Conero and Sibillini mountains on the horizon and the entire Adriatic coast to eat with your eyes. So, have we convinced you?

What we will do

The appointment is 20 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Massignano in the municipality of Ancona. We will be welcomed by our guide, a second-level equestrian technician.

Once the necessary introductions have been made, it will immediately be time to mount the saddle! Before setting off, the guide will hold an introductory briefing to teach us how to handle the horse during the ride. Once ready, it will be time to start theadventure!

We'll set off along a scenic loop trail of around 6 km, surrounded by postcard-perfect scenery. Starting from the stables, we will enter a lush forest, until we reach an old mule track. Not only: we will also cross the majestic vineyard of the famous Garofoli winery, a symbol of the area's passion for wine.

Continuing on, we will begin the ascent towards Monte Colombo, a hill about 200 metres high. Once at the top, we will be greeted by a breathtaking panorama: from the top, we will be able to admire the Conero, Sirolo, Porto Recanati, Civitanova, Loreto, Osimo, the imposing profile of the Sibillini Mountains and the entire splendid Adriatic coastline, which will stretch out below us in all its beauty.

We will enjoy every glimpse of nature and the sea in the saddle, discovering the all-Marches wonder of these places. Throughout the excursion, our guide will accompany us on horseback, guaranteeing our safety and peace of mind.

After a walk lasting about two hours, we will return to the starting point, where we will say goodbye to our horses.

Who it is aimed at

The activity is suitable for everyone from 14 years of age.

The activity is not recommended for people over the age of 70.

Persons under the age of 18 may participate accompanied or by presenting a signed release form.

The maximum weight allowed to ride a horse is 100 kg.

Other information

Attention! The meeting point is approximately 14 km from the centre of Ancona.

The activity is available all year round, and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 2 participants.

American-style riding will be used during the ride.

Accompanying persons may stay at the riding school. There is a restaurant, a bar and a large green area in which to relax.

Leashed dogs are allowed.

The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport. Free parking is available on site.
