Have you always dreamt of visiting a chocolate factory? In Modica, your dreams can come true!
Here, instead of Willy Wonka, you will find our master chocolatiers who will guide you through a 3-hour workshop that will let you experience the thrill of feeling like a chocolatier for a day.
During the workshop, you will create your very own bar of raw chocolate and take home a sweet souvenir of the experience!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the chocolate factory in Modica (RG). We will be welcomed by master chocolatiers who will guide us through this workshop that will turn us into chocolatiers for a day!
Once we have donned our smocks, gloves and cap, we will enter the workshop to discover the entire process of making raw chocolate. We will start with the cocoa beans , which we will select, clean and finally roast. We will then move on to the production of cocoa mass through the machinery.
Starting with the ready-made cocoa mass, we will then create our customised raw chocolate bar: we can choose our preferred flavour base, melt the chocolate and mix it with sugar according to our taste. Finally, we can also add various toppings (such as ginger, cinnamon, hazelnuts) to create a unique bar to take home as a souvenir.
The experience will last about 3 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone with no age limit; children up to 5 years of age participate free of charge.
The experience is designed for small private groups of up to 10 people and will usually take place exclusively.
The workshop is also accessible to wheelchair users.

The workshop takes place throughout the year and is confirmed upon reaching at least 2 adult participants.
Attention! Although the experience is usually held exclusively for already formed groups, in some cases it may be held in a shared manner with other participants in order to ensure that it runs smoothly.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
