Put on a yoga class. Put in aSUP excursion. Combine the best of these two activities and you get our 2-hour Yoga-SUP experience!
For you, who are trying both practices for the first time, you will be in the company of aYoga teacher and a SUP instructor.
Paddle through the clear waters of Lake Monate until you reach a quiet corner where you can meditate. And then, listening to the teacher's voice, have fun doing as many yoga positions as possible on the board!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Travedona Monate (VA). I will be there to welcome you with SUP board and paddle in hand!
After an introductory Stand Up Paddle lesson, we will try paddling first on our knees and then standing on the board. Once we have gained confidence, we will paddle through the clear waters of Lake Monate until we reach a quiet corner suitable for meditation.
Here our yoga lesson will take place in the company of ateacher: surrounded by the nature of the lake, we will try to practise as many positions as possible on the board, guided by the voice of the professional. In the quietest corners of Lake Monate, the cleanest in northern Italy, it will be easy for you to find the serenity that this discipline offers!
We will return to the starting point after about 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone from 8 years of age.
Previous experience in Yoga or SUP is not required; floating skills are a must.
Other information
The activity is available from March to October, weather permitting.
In the winter months, a wetsuit will be provided free of charge. Ask for it directly from the tour organiser after the booking confirmation.
Dogs can participate in the experience.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
