Zipline in Valtellina: single flight

Imagine gliding as fast as the wind along two spectacular zipline routes, differing in gradient and length, that send you hurtling at 120 km/h above the pristine Bitto Valley and the Orobie National Park.

During the zipline flight from Albaredo to Bema, you'll reach the peak of adrenalin at 230 metres above sea level on a 1.5-kilometre-long course. You can then enjoy the thrill of the descent from Bema to Albaredo, a thrilling flight of just over 1 km that touches 360 metres in height.

What we will do

The appointment is at the ticket office in Albaredo per San Marco (SO), at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. After completing the formalities, you will proceed to the dressing area, where staff will welcome you to equip you with a harness and helmet.

You will prepare to assume the most exciting flying position: lying down! This unique posture will allow you to experience flight even more intensely, making you feel like a bird gliding over the valley.

3, 2, 1... Go! Let the adrenaline rush wash over you as you reach speeds of 120 km/h during the 1.5 km zipline (approx. two-minute flight): scream, laugh or simply enjoy the wind caressing your face. Below you, at a height of 230 metres, the Bitto Valley will open up in all its splendour.

At the end of the first leg, a shuttle will be waiting to take you in about 10 minutes to the upper part of the valley, where you will make the second zipline leg back to Albaredo. This time, the experience is enriched: you will fly higher, with the Orobie National Park unfolding below you at a height of over 360 metres, offering a new and exciting perspective.

Back at the starting point, you will be able to relive your flight by choosing from souvenir photos taken during the experience. The perfect way to ensure that this incredible adventure stays alive in your memories, ready to be shared with friends and family!

The total duration of the experience is approximately 30 minutes, including briefing, first and second flight and shuttle transfer.

Who it is aimed at

Zipline flying is an activity suitable for everyone, requiring no specific skills. There are no age limits, you only need to weigh between 70 kg and 120 kg and be between 110 cm and 220 cm tall.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or present signed authorisation and a copy of the parent's ID.

The activity is not recommended for heart patients and pregnant women.

Attention. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the flight start time.

This activity can only be booked by voucher. It takes place all year round on weekends and in the summer months from June to September also during the week.

The meeting point is not easily accessible by public transport.

Any accompanying persons not making the descent can stay at the facility, where there is also a bar.

Important: as you will be flying over sensitive areas such as roads and private property, for safety reasons you are not allowed to take electronic equipment (smartphones, GoPro...) and personal items with you during the flight. If you wish to film your flight, you can rent one of the video cameras equipped with a special safety clip on site or alternatively purchase photos taken by staff in digital or paper format.

It is possible to fly with your eyeglasses on as long as, in the flight position (lying horizontally), they remain firmly attached to your face. If you wish, the staff will provide you with special protective goggles, as well as contact lenses.

If you would like to fly together with someone, try flying in a pair zipline (if you weigh at least 100 kg between the two of you).
