Join us for an incredible hike at dusk in the Gran Paradiso National Park and discover the wild animals of the Alps with an expert guide.
Dusk is the time when animals are most active, escaping predators thanks to the fading light of the approaching evening.
A peaceful walk, where you can enjoy a special sunset in the company of a Nature Hiking Guide and new wild friends who decide to show themselves from time to time. It will be atruly thrilling experience.
What we will do
We will meet in Valsavarenche, in the province of Aosta at 17:30. Here we will meet the Nature Hiking Guide who will accompany us during the activity. Before setting off, we will have a short 10-minute briefing. Afterwards, we will set off towards the alpine pastures and meadows frequented by the most characteristic animals of the Alps.
We will see ibexes stopping in front of us just long enough to let us take a photo, marmots socialising with each other and roe deer running from tree to tree. Looking up, we will see golden eagles and lammergeyers, the other protagonists of the Alpine skies who have chosen the Gran Paradiso National Park to nest.
Our walk will take place in complete tranquillity, immersed in the quiet surroundings. While we wait for the wild animals to come across our path, we will be able to admire a wonderful sunset. The setting of our hike will be of exceptional beauty and we will feel grateful for the opportunity to experience such close contact with nature.
The duration of the experience is approximately 2 hours. The route varies depending on the position of the animals, but the hike will never be particularly demanding and the height difference we will cover will be around 200 metres.
Who it is aimed at
The hike is suitable for everyone, no special hiking skills are required. The minimum age for participation is 12 years.

The excursion takes place from April to November on the dates indicated in the calendar.
The activity is confirmed on reaching a minimum of 6 participants.
Depending on the distribution of animals, the activity will take place at an altitude of more than 1600 m and in some cases around 2000 m.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
