It was an enjoyable and interesting experience; the tasting of alpine products was very good, and the tour of the dairy itself was fascinating.

We spent a really nice afternoon guided by Pier Paolo in search of ibexes (of which we found many), chamois and marmots. The whole excursion was also accompanied by lots of explanations about the animals and the area, explanations by a true lover of the place who got us enthralled and involved. Highly recommended for anyone wishing to discover something new.
