Full description
You know those days that'kick off'?
Here we're not talking about watching the water from afar: in the canyoning family on the Rio Bars, in Ponte nelle Alpi (BL), you'll launch yourself full throttle into natural lakes, between rock slides and small waterfalls that seem to be made for play.
For 3 hours , it will be you, your (big and small) adventure companions and the guide: rope in hand, feet soaking, and bombing dives one after the other!
What we will do
The meeting point is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Località La Secca, Ponte nelle Alpi (BL).
Awaiting us will be a guide ready to give us wetsuit, helmet and harness and to explain how to safely tackle slides, rappels and dives.
After dressing, we will begin a walk of about 15 minutes through nature until we reach the Rio Bars. Here, between fresh water and rocks shaped by time, the actual canyoning route will begin.
There will be vertical walls of a maximum of 15 metres to tackle by rope (always in safety with the guide), natural slides that we will use as chutes, and clear lakes where we can dive (diving is not obligatory).
At some points we will enter small caves and quiet pools: perfect moments to stop and play in the water for a while.
After about two hours, we will finally reach the exit of the canyon near the meeting point.
The activity will last a total of 3 hours, including briefing, route and walking.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for ages 6 and up; minors must be accompanied by an adult.
It is not necessary to know how to swim to participate in the activity, but good aquatic skills are required.
In the event of motor problems and/or disabilities, it is mandatory to contact the guide at the contact details given in the booking confirmation email to indicate this.
The activity is of an easy level and perfect for a first canyoning experience.
Other information
The activity is available from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
There are no chemical toilets, outdoor showers or changing rooms at the meeting point, so it is advisable to arrive with your costume on.
Personal items can be left in the guide's vehicle, which will remain locked and secure for the duration of the activity.
A shuttle service from Treviso is available on request: contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to communicate your requirements.
Free parking is available on site; the meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
