When you feel the call of adventure, canyoning is always the right answer!
Get ready to discover the majestic San Lucano Valley with a canyoning experience lasting about 3 hours, surrounded by the imposing walls of theAgner and Pale di San Lucano and in the company of an expert guide.
A varied route with slides and cableways, combining fun with the adrenalin rush of descending independently in a unique and uncontaminated environment.
What we will do
We will meet at the meeting point in Col di Prà, a hamlet of Taibon Agordino (BL), 10 minutes before the indicated time. Here our canyoning guide will be waiting for us, who will hand over theequipment (included) necessary for the experience.
After getting dressed , we will walk 10 minutes to the start of the route, an open and very scenic canyon in the San Lucano Valley. Before we begin our adventure, the guide will give us a briefing to explain some basics of progression and safety.
The approximately 600-metre route inside the canyon will be both fun and technical at the same time, allowing us to become familiar with the different obstacles and in particular the rope descents, which we will manage independently under the guide's supervision.
We will face 2 metre dives, let ourselves be swept by the current down natural slides up to 4 metres long and overcome an adrenaline-filled 40 metre rappel. For those who do not feel they have the necessary confidence, the route will also offer several exit points and easy ways to bypass the main obstacles.
The descent into the canyon will take about two and a half hours to complete. After one last slide, we will return to the meeting point with a walk of about 10 minutes.
The activity will last a total of 3 hours, including briefing, walking and progression.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for ages 16 and over. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
It is preferable to know how to swim or be familiar with the water.
Beginners can also take part in the activity, provided they are physically fit.
A state of good health is required. Some conditions or illnesses incompatible with participation are: heart disease, respiratory problems, recent limb trauma, diabetes, epilepsy, pregnancy.
Other information
The activity takes place from mid-June to September and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 participants.
Photos and videos of the activity will be taken by the guide and sent to participants in the days following the activity via a shared link.
Changing rooms, showers or storage for personal items are not available.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport. Free parking spaces are available nearby.
