Full description

Who said that canyoning is only reserved for summer?

Dive into the Val Maor canyon in the middle of winter to experience a truly extraordinary adventure. Dry suits will protect you from the cold, keeping you completely dry during the 3-hour experience.

During the 2 km course you will abseil to a depth of 60 metres, slide on toboggans and try out the 11-metre zipline for a full adrenalin rush and fun. And although there will be a bit of a struggle, the beautiful landscape of snow-covered rocks and winter vegetation will reward you in full!

What we will do

The meeting is set for 9.30 a.m. at the Borgo Valbelluna base camp. After the various presentations, we will put on our dry suits and have an introductory briefing on the route.

Afterwards, we will board a van that will take us to the start of the route in just 15 minutes. Once inside the canyon, the adventure begins!

We will swim in pools of clear water, climb snow-covered rocks and tackle rappels and dives of different heights. We will have fun on natural slides called'toboggans'. And all this amidst snowy landscapes and frozen waterfalls: a winter scenery that will make every moment even more impressive.

Along the way, we will also find an 11-metre zipline that will launch us directly into the water and stretches where we will use torches to light our way.

After about two and a half hours of adventure, we will set off on a trail that will take us back to the van in 30 minutes. Back at base camp, we will dry off, change our clothes and conclude this unforgettable winter experience by toasting with a hot tea.

Between briefings and various transfers, the activity lasts a total of about 3½ hours.
