Exclusive hot-air balloon flight in Morimondo with breakfast or aperitif

A private balloon flight in Morimondo is the experience you are looking for if you want to make a special gift or want to share a unique emotion with your family or loved ones.

You will enjoy a panoramic spectacle over the Po Valley, the colourful fields of the countryside around large cities, and the Ticino Valley.

It will be the wind that chooses the destination of your trip and for this very reason it will be unique and unrepeatable. The experience will end in the best possible way with a tasting of typical products.

What we will do

The meeting point for the activity is in the Morimondo area (the exact address will be communicated to you a few days before the experience). You will witness the first stages of preparing the hot-air balloon, such as inflating the balloon and lighting the hot-air balloon.

Before taking off, you will be given a briefing on behaviour and safety rules. Then, you will enter the wicker basket together with the pilot.

Once aloft, you will let the wind decide the direction of your journey, but in any case you will be able to admire a marvellous panorama over the medieval village of Morimondo and the Ticino Valley. You will admire from above the colourful fields of the Po Valley, the waterways that run through them, and if the sky is clear enough, even the skyline of Milan.

After about an hour's flight, it will be time to descend to the ground. Again, the wind will choose the landing field. Here, the organiser's vehicles will be waiting for you. They will take you to the starting point and then to a selected bar or agriturismo, where you will be offered a rich breakfast or an aperitif with local products.

You will then be driven back to the initial meeting point, where you will have left your cars. The activity lasts about 3 hours in total.

Who it is aimed at

The activity is suitable for ages 6 and up, with a minimum height of 120 cm and a maximum weight of 130 kg.

Children from 6 to 12 years of age may only board accompanied by a parent and up to a maximum of 2 per balloon.

Pregnant women, persons with cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases or suffering from osteoporosis, psychiatric disorders or with prosthetic limbs or walking problemsare not allowed to fly. In addition, it is forbidden to fly while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and to anyone who has been diving in the 24 hours preceding the flight.

Other information

The activity takes place all year round during the week and at weekends, weather permitting.

Each hot-air balloon can carry a maximum of four participants. However, during the summer (June to August) and winter (November to February) periods, hot air balloons with a larger capacity of 6 to 8 participants are also available. Please contact us for more information.

Important: the flight times indicated in the calendar are approximate and vary depending on the time of year and weather conditions. A few days before the activity, you will receive an email from the organisers confirming the time and address. Always check the email before you leave!

Youare not allowed to bring any items on board, with the exception of camera equipment and binoculars (which must be contained in appropriate bags stowed before landing).

Smoking is prohibited on the take-off and landing field, on the balloon or in any of the organisation's vehicles. The hot air balloon is fuelled with highly flammable liquid propane.
