Hot-air balloon flight in Crema

Experience the incredible thrill of flying in a hot-air balloon over the Po Valley.

Climb into the wicker basket in Crema and take flight in the company of your other half or family to admire the breathtaking panorama from above. You will see colourful fields, waterways, and beautiful Crema and the nearby medieval villages from above.

You will fly for about an hour, carried away by the wind and immersed in the surreal silence of the sky, broken only by the lighting of the flame. An experience to be lived at least once in a lifetime. Our experienced pilots will fly you in total safety: all you have to do is relax and enjoy this magical moment.

What we will do

We will meet in the vicinity of Crema (CR), where we will be welcomed by staff who will direct us to our hot-air balloon.

Before boarding the wicker basket, we will be able to watch the balloon inflate. As soon as the air inside the balloon has warmed up and we have had our pre-flight briefing, we will be ready to take off.

We will fly over the beautiful Po Valley, admiring the colourful fields, rivers and skyline of nearby towns from above, depending on the winds of the day. In fact, the route of the hot-air balloon is determined solely by the currents and is therefore different every time. Each trip will be a unique and unrepeatable experience!

After about 1 hour of flight, it will be time to land. The wind conditions will determine the landing zone, generally on grass. We will be met by one of the organisation's vehicles, which will take us to a selected bar or farmhouse.

Here we will be offered a hearty breakfast or an aperitif with typical local products (depending on the time selected when booking). Finally, we will be driven back to the initial meeting point, where we will have left our cars (or first to our cars and then to the breakfast/aperitif venue, depending on the distance).

The activity lasts about 2.5 hours in total, of which one hour is actual flying time.

Who it is aimed at

The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 6 years and a minimum height of 120 cm.

Children aged between 6 and 12 can only board if accompanied by a parent.

Pregnant women, people with cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases, osteoporosis, psychiatric disorders, prosthetic limbs or walking problems cannotfly . In addition, it is forbidden to fly while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and to anyone who has been diving in the 24 hours preceding the flight.

Other information

The activity takes place all year round on weekends, weather permitting, and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 4 participants (when the balloon is full).

When booking, you can choose between a flight for 2 Adults (13 years and older) at a cost of €480 or a flight for 1 Adult and 1 Child (6-12 years) at a cost of €420.

Important: the flight times indicated in the calendar are approximate and vary depending on the time of year and weather conditions. A few days before the activity you will receive an email from the organisers confirming the time and address. Always check the email before you leave!

Youare not allowed to bring any items on board, except for photographic equipment and binoculars (which must be contained in appropriate bags stowed before landing operations).

Smoking is prohibited on the take-off and landing field, on the hot air balloon or in any of the organisation's vehicles. The hot air balloon is fuelled with highly flammable liquid propane.
