If I look at the world from a porthole, I get a bit bored. But not if I look at it from a horse!
Take part in our horseback ride in Montieri: in the company of our equestrian guide, you will ride through the postcard-perfect landscape of the Tuscan Maremma, enjoying the panoramic view as far as the sea.
And to round off the experience, an aperitif awaits you at the stables!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Montieri (GR). Awaiting us will be the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and handed over the equipment, we will proceed with the assignment of the steed. We will mount the saddle and learn the basics of horseback riding; the guide will provide all the necessary information for a carefree experience. This moment will last approximately 10 minutes.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will ride through the nature that surrounds the riding school, entering the forest. Along the way we will enjoy panoramic views of the Tuscan Maremma landscape, the village of Gerfalco and the sea! On particularly clear days, it will also be possible to spot Corsica. The guide will lead the group on horseback and provide constant support. The horseback ride will last 1 hour or 2 ½ hours depending on the option selected.
We will finally return to the meeting point where an aperitif consisting of a non-alcoholic drink accompanied by chips and peanuts will be waiting for us. The experience will last a total of approximately 1½ to 3 hours, depending on the option selected.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 10 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride.
Other information
The experience takes place from April to November.
Itis not possible to take bags and backpacks on the excursion.
Any dogs may remain in the riding stables.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
