I was born and live in Sardinia. Since I was a child I have lived in the midst of nature, I love all animals but my greatest love is for horses. Discover the wildest and most unspoilt side of Sardinia on ahorseback excursion through sand dunes and Mediterranean maquis to the beach of Torre dei Corsari in Costa Verde.
Rediscover contact with nature and experience the thrills of horse trekking on a varied and entertaining 3-hour tour in the company of local equestrian guides.
If you know how to ride a horse and have mastered all three gaits, this is the right activity for you. Get ready for an unforgettable ride along the sea.
What we will do
The appointment is at the agritourism in the locality of Osu Donigala, in Sant'Antonio di Santadi - Arbus (SU). We will be welcomed by the equestrian guides and meet our companions in adventure, some splendid, docile and well-trained horses. Time for an introductory briefing and we will mount in the saddle ready to set off.
We will start riding through the hills of Arbus in the direction of the sea. We will be immersed in the colours and scent of the Mediterranean maquis and then we will see the landscape transform and give way to sand dunes that will make us feel like we are in a real desert.
Finally, we will reach Torre dei Corsari and enjoy a ride by the sea on a beautiful golden beach with crystal-clear water. In total, the excursion will last about 3 hours and will end with the return to the farmhouse.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an intermediate level and is reserved for experienced riders who have good control of the horse and mastery of all three gaits. Participation is open to riders aged 14 and over.

This activity is available from June to September and is confirmed when there are at least 2 participants.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
