What does Umbria taste like?
It tastes like bruschetta with olive oil and torta al testo from our trusted restaurant in Trevi. This is precisely where we will stop for lunch on our horseback ride: in the company of an equestrian guide, you will ride through the hills of Trevi retracing the steps of ancient shepherds and Saint Francis of Assisi.
An experience of over 2 hours, discovering Umbria in (and with) all the senses!
What we will do
The appointment is at 11 a. m. at the meeting point in Trevi (PG). Awaiting us will be the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants, we will meet the horses and proceed with the assignment. We will then mount the saddle and learn the basics of horse riding; the guide will not fail to provide all the useful information for a carefree experience. This first part will last approximately 10 minutes.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will ride through the hills framing Trevi, following the steps of ancient shepherds and crossing the Saint Francis Walk. Along the way, we will spot monasteries, churches and monuments of historical interest; finally, we will reach the Belvedere di San Martino, a panoramic spot where we can take souvenir photos.
Still on horseback, we will venture towards the historic centre of Trevi to reach the restaurant that will host us for lunch. The latter provides a set menu with authentic Umbrian flavour, consisting of a starter and first course or starter and main course; water, wine and coffee included. And it will be an opportunity to toast with our fellow adventurers!
At the end of lunch, back in the saddle, we will return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of around 2½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride. The guide will lead the group on horseback and the walk will take place exclusively at the pace.

The experience takes place all year round.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
