Full description
If you like challenges, join us in Val Maggiore, a few kilometres from Belluno, to participate in acanyoning experience that will test our physical abilities.
We will be able to try our hand at many dives and rope descents , including one alongside a 30-metre waterfall, following a route between rocks and water inside the Santa Croce Lake.
We will not miss any attraction, it will be a full canyoning that will not spare us adrenalin rushes, but will also give us plenty of thrills.
What we will do
We will meet at 8.30 a.m. at La Secca, in the municipality of Ponte nelle Alpi, a few kilometres from the Belluno motorway exit. When we are all there, we will hold a briefing during which safety rules and techniques for using ropes and descenders will be explained.
Afterwards, we will be given our equipment and in about 10 minutes' walk we will reach the canyon entrance point in the Santa Croce Lake.
Right from the start we will have to put our physical skills to the test to tackle the obstacles, but the real challenge will be the rappel alongside a 30-metre high waterfall. Before starting the descent, we will gain courage by admiring the beautiful landscape upstream of the waterfall, among rocks, water and dense vegetation.
We will find ourselves in a pool of water from which we will then resume our route, which will take place between more abseiling beside waterfalls, shorter but still adrenaline-pumping and fun dives.
After about three and a half hours, we will exit the canyon at the point where we met in the morning. In total, we will spend about four hours together.
Who it is aimed at
This is canyoning of intermediate difficulty and is intended for people of moderate physical fitness, with aminimum age of 14 years. Previous canyoning experience is not necessary.

The experience takes place every day from June to November.
It is necessary to arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand: we will meet at 8:30 a.m. and leave punctually at 9:00 a.m.
Youmust wear train ers (flip-flops, rock shoes or hiking boots are not OK). Anyone not wearing appropriate shoes will not be allowed to participate in the experience.
You will be provided with helmets equipped with a head torch and GoPro attachments.
There may be delays of up to half an hour in the start of excursions due to weather problems or previous groups.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
