With our snowshoeing under the stars in Val di Fassa this image becomes reality!
In the company of an Alpine Guide you will venture through woods and snow-covered slopes until you reach a cosy refuge. Here a typical Trentino dinner awaits you, before returning to the valley on board a snowmobile or snowcat.
What we will do
The appointment will be in the late afternoon at the meeting point in Val di Fassa, which will be communicated by the mountain guide the day before the activity.
Having gathered all the participants and handed over the equipment, we will head to the starting point. To get there, a transfer by snowmobile may be necessary as a passenger, guided by a dedicated driver (transfer included) .
And here we are ready to start our snowshoeing under the stars! We will walk through the beautiful snowy landscape of the Val di Fassa, along a route illuminated by our head torches as well as by the moon reflected on the snow crystals.
After about an hour and a half of walking over a slight difference in altitude (+100/200 metres) , we will cross the finish line at the refuge: and it is in this welcoming and convivial atmosphere, characteristic of mountain refuges, that we will enjoy our dinner based on traditional Trentino dishes! Dinner includes a mixed starter (e. g. cold cuts and cheese) , a main course (e. g. dumplings, ribs and polenta) and dessert.
At the end, we will return to the meeting point with a transfer by snowmobile or passenger snowcat. The experience will last about 5 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from the age of 10.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first snowshoeing trip.
Other information
The experience takes place on Fridays from December to March and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 5 participants.
The itinerary may vary depending on weather/snow conditions and location of individual participants at the guide's discretion. Time and meeting point will be communicated directly by the guide via WhatsApp or e-mail the day before the excursion and will be proposed according to your location; please contact the guide in advance at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to communicate the address of your accommodation.
Dogs are not allowed.

Free or paid parking is available on site. You must have your own car to reach the meeting point.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
