Full description
Enjoy a moonlight snowshoe hi ke in the beautiful Val di Fassa and savour the unique atmosphere that only a night walk in the snow can provide.
You will be provided with a headlamp to illuminate the route and be able to follow the Alpine Guide in this fantastic winter experience in the heart of the Dolomites.
To make the activity even more special, there will be a dinner at the refuge with typical Trentino dishes and a fun toboggan or snowmobile ride under the starry sky. What are you waiting for to join us?
What we will do
We will meet in Val di Fassa in the late afternoon (the exact time and meeting place will be confirmed by the guide a day or two before the activity). We will get to know the Alpine Guide and the rest of the group and will be given snowshoes and poles (included in the participation fee).
Afterwards, we will board the snowmobile to reach the starting point of our snowshoe hike.
We will walk in the snow for about 1.5 hours, armed with a headlamp to follow the guide and light the way. Everything around will be dark and the moonlight reflected by the snow crystals will make our walk magical.
At the end of the snowshoe hike, we will have reached the refuge where we will enjoy a delicious dinner of Trentino dishes and enjoy the warm, convivial atmosphere typical of mountain refuges.
Once dinner is over, we will be ready for the fun descent by sledge or snowmobile surrounded by the night landscape of the Fassa Dolomites.
The activity will last a total of about 5 hours , ending with the return to the meeting point.

The activity is at an easy level and is suitable for everyone from the age of 10.
Other information
The activity takes place every Friday from December to March and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 5 participants.
The itinerariesmay vary depending on snow and weather conditions. Depending on the route chosen, a few days before the activity you can request the specific itinerary from the guide. He will also inform you via Whatsapp or email of themeeting address (always in the Fassa Valley area). The meeting point must be reached independently and is not always served by public transport.
The toboggan ride is optional and not included in all itineraries.
Dinner is included in the price and includes a mixed starter (cold cuts and local cheeses), a typical single dish that may vary depending on the refuge (polenta, ribs, dumplings, etc.) and dessert. Drinks are not included.
In the event of food allergies or intolerances, it is possible to request an alternative menu from the guide (you will receive contact details in your booking confirmation email).
In the event of a lack of snow or unfavourable road conditions (ice), the snowshoe hike with dinner can still take place following an alternative route.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
