Marina di Castagneto Carducci, the maritime pearl of the Livorno coastline, awaits you for a 1-hour horseback ride suitable also for beginners.
In the heart of the Etruscan coast, a stone's throw from the famous Bolgheri vineyards, this equestrian experience will be an opportunity to explore a typically Mediterranean landscape, under the scented foliage of maritime pines.
If even the poet Giosuè Carducci loved these places so much, they are to be trusted!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Marina di Castagneto Carducci (LI). Here you will meet your equestrian guide, who will be your point of reference throughout the horseback riding tour.
Once on site, it will be time to learn the basic rules of horse riding in the saddle of these docile and gentle animals, ready to walk with you along a fascinating nature trail.
After a 15-minute briefing, you will mount an American saddle and then ride with the other participants through the magical landscape of the Etruscan coast. Halfway between the golden sands of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the hills of the Livorno hinterland, much of the route will pass through a fragrant pine forest of Mediterranean scrub.
The municipality was named after Giosuè Carducci . The poet was a great frequenter of these wonderful places, which he loved deeply: how can you blame him?
We will finally return to the starting point. The horseback ride will last 1 hour; the experience including welcome, briefing and horseback ride will last a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone over the age of 14. No horse riding experience is necessary. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the riding stables by an adult (but not necessarily during the ride).
The maximum weight allowed to participate in the activity is 115 kg.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed when the minimum number of 2 participants is reached.
No bags or backpacks may be worn during the experience.
