In the heart ofUmbria, between Norcia and Cascia, in a natural setting of incredible beauty, flows the River Corno. Its cool, bubbling waters await you for a fun rafting descent!
On board the raft , you will let yourself go with the current, passing through impetuous stretches with rapids to be tamed by paddle strokes and calmer stretches, where you can catch your breath and contemplate the surrounding landscape.
Together with expert guides, you will enjoy this 1-hour rafting trip, discovering a beautiful side ofUmbria, hidden in the green woods of the Valnerina and ready to give you endless emotions!
What we will do
We will meet 30 minutes before the time selected during the booking process at the meeting point in Serravalle di Norcia (PG) for outdoor activities in Umbria and Valnerina. We will be welcomed by the guides, who will hand us thenecessary equipment and prepare us for the descent, teaching us the basic techniques of rafting and pointing out all the safety rules.
Afterwards, we will board the rafts in groups of up to six people plus the guide and set off down the Corno River. We will pass through a particularly picturesque and richly vegetated stretch, where the river flows at times narrow and lively and at times open and calm, allowing a view of the mountains framing the valley.
We will have fun passing the rapids and, if the flow and conditions of the river allow it, we might even dive in and experience the thrill of swimming in the current, always under thewatchful eye of the guides!
After an hour of splashing and laughing, we will return to base with the means provided by the rafting centre. Including transfers and preparation, the activity lasts a total of 1.5 hours.

This activity is at an easy level and is open to everyone from 3 years old and up. No previous experience is required.

Attention! Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance.
This activity takes place from April to the first week of November, subject to weather and guide availability.
Videos and photos can be purchased on site for €19. They will be delivered to you on a USB stick, which will remain in your possession.
All equipment used during the activity is sanitised after each use. The centre is equipped with showers and changing rooms for changing after the activity.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
