Excellent guides, but the service could be better
Efficient and friendly online service.nThe rafting guides are knowledgeable and very friendly; I can say without a doubt that they’re the highlight of the place.nAs for the payment process, it wasn’t the best: the lack of a card terminal wasn’t mentioned, the service in the office was questionable (not very welcoming, but rather perfunctory) and the facilities weren’t up to scratch (shared changing rooms that offer little privacy).nThe experience itself was excellent; unfortunately, the issues listed above detracted from the two main strengths of the activity: the specialist (and always helpful) staff and the entire river route with its accompanying ‘extra’ activities (such as jumping into the river without the raft).

We are a family...
We’re a family with two children aged 12 and 10. We had a lovely, fun time! The scenery was beautiful – it’s well worth it!!! Paola, our guide, was brilliant! She was friendly and welcoming.nAn unforgettable experience – highly recommended!!!!
