The perfect soundtrack for your next weekend? The crunch of fresh snow under snowshoes, without a doubt!
In the Natural Park of the Ligurian Alps, every step makes music: no crowds, no noise, just the slow rhythm of the mountain and the fresh air tingling your face. In the company of an experienced Alpine Guide, you will cross the Bosco delle Navette between snow-covered beeches, glades shimmering in the sun and panoramas reaching as far as the sea.
3 hours of slow pace, short of breath and light-headedness: the mountain as we like it, without haste but with all its charm.
What we will do
The meeting is at 9 a. m. in Upega (CN), in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Ligurian Alps. After the welcome, the guide will provide us with snowshoes and poles (included), explaining how to use them and giving us some safety tips before setting off.
Our route will be a ring of about 6 km with an altitude difference of 200 metres, perfect for enjoying the landscape without hurrying. We will walk among the snow-covered beech trees of the Bosco delle Navette, one of the most fascinating beech forests in Liguria.
The guide will accompany us between scenic glades and shady stretches, telling us curiosities about the local flora and fauna - from the roe deer moving silently through the trees to the tracks of wolves ploughing through the fresh snow. And when the sun filters through the branches, we will stop to look at the horizon: from the peaks of the Marguareis to the sea, which on certain clear days seems almost within reach.
We will return to the starting point around 12 noon, after about three hours of hiking.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone from 10 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
Other information
The activity takes place from December to February on weekends and is confirmed with a minimum of 6 participants.
In the absence of snow, the guide may propose moving the activity to a nearby location or converting it into a winter trek with the aid of crampons.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport from Turin. Free parking is available on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
