Full description
Walk in the snow with snowshoes on your feet and take part in this fascinating excursion to the Pordoi Pass, between the Sella Group and the Marmolada.
You will walk the route together with an Alpine Guide and be constantly surrounded by the magnificent landscapes of the Trentino Dolomites.
Get ready for a high-altitude snowshoe hike and spend a morning in the snow at the foot of Sass Pordoi.
What we will do
We will meet at Passo Pordoi at 9:30 am. Once the group is formed and we have met the Alpine Guide, we will be given snowshoes and poles (included in the participation fee) and we will be ready for our snowshoe hike.
The route will take us to the Pordoi Pass, at the foot of the Sella massif and facing the Marmolada, where we will be able to admire wonderful landscapes while crossing enchanting snow-covered paths.
The total activity lasts about 3½ hours, of which about 2 hours will be spent walking.
Who it is aimed at
The hike is of medium difficulty and is suitable for those who are used to walking in the mountains. Participation is possible from 12 years of age.
Dogs are allowed, provided they are used to walking on snow.
Other information
The activity takes place every Saturday from December to March and is confirmed when there are at least 5 participants.
Itineraries vary depending on conditions. Depending on the route chosen, a few days before the activity the guide will inform you of the meeting address (always in the Canazei area) to be reached independently.
In the event of a lack of snow, the excursion can still be done on foot.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
