Full description
Immerse yourself in nature by walking with snowshoes on fresh snow and admire the colours of the woods and snow cover when they are tinged with the hues of sunset.
An Alpine Guide will take you on the most evocative trails in Andalo and its surroundings, in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites, for a 4-hour experience of total connection with the environment.
What we will do
The meeting point is 30 minutes before 15:30 in Andalo (TN), where we will meet our Alpine Guide and the rest of the group.
After an introductory briefing, equipped with snowshoes and poles (included in the participation fee), we will take the ski lifts to reach the highest altitude, where the most beautiful trails in the Paganella forest are located.
We will walk through snow-covered woods and paths, enjoying the peace and silence of the snow and savouring the sublime mountain atmosphere at the most suggestive time of day.
Depending on the day selected, the snowshoe hike could take place at Passo Sant'Antonio (Tuesday) or Prati di Gaggia-Pian Dosson (Friday). Before returning to Andalo, we may stop at a refuge for an aperitif (optional and to be paid on site).
The activity lasts a total of 4 hours for a distance of approximately 6 km; the return is scheduled at 19:30.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is of an easy level and is open to anyone in good health and used to walking in the mountains. Participation is possible from the age of 10 and up.
Other information
This activity takes place from December to March, weather permitting.
Groups of at least 6 people can do the activity on any other day of the week, subject to the availability of the guides.
Dogs may participate in the excursion, provided they are on a leash, well trained and used to walking.
