Enjoy a pleasant snowshoe hike and experience the magical atmosphere of the Fassa Valley mountains after sunset.
You will walk on snow-covered paths letting yourself be enveloped by the silence of nature, broken only by the sound of your steps on the fresh snow. You will then end the evening with a convivial aperitif based on typical Trentino products.
An unmissable experience in the heart of the Dolomites!
What we will do
We will meet towards late afternoon in the Fassa Valley, at the meeting point indicated after the booking confirmation. Having formed the group and met the guide, we will be given snowshoes, poles and a headlamp (included in the participation fee) and after about 15 minutes we will be ready for our snowshoe hike.
We will walk through the snow-covered paths and woods of the Val di Fassa. Around us we will have the peace and silence of nature and be able to admire the surrounding panorama of the eastern Dolomites while breathing fresh, clean air.
Following the Alpine Guide, we will walk along a ring-route which will end at the refuge or at the affiliated structure in Canazei. Here we will enjoy a delicious aperitif of typical Trentino products (included). Finally, we will return to the starting point in the valley in about 10 minutes.
Between the briefing and aperitif, the activity will last a total of 2 hours, of which about 1 hour will be spent snowshoeing.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is of an easy level and is aimed at everyone from 8 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
Other information
The activity takes place every Wednesday from December to March and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 5 participants.
Itineraries may vary depending on snow and weather conditions. Depending on the route chosen, a few days before the activity you can request the specific itinerary from the guide. He will also inform you via Whatsapp or email of the meeting address (always in the Fassa Valley area) . The meeting point must be reached independently and is not always served by public transport. Contact the guide in advance at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail to communicate the address of your accommodation.
The aperitif includes a Spritz (or alternatively a Trento Doc or non-alcoholic drink) and various snacks. In case of food intolerances or allergies, please contact the guide in advance at the contact details you will receive in your booking confirmation e-mail.
Dogs are allowed, provided they are used to walking on snow.
In the event of a lack of snow, the hike can still be done on foot.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
