Full description
SUP is a water sport that combines canoeing and surfing. From the former it takes the paddle, from the latter the board.
Loved by young and old, this activity is a lot of fun and not at all complicated. It allows you to move on the surface of the water in a totally safe manner, thanks also to the larger size of the board that ensures greater stability.
Trying SUP on Lake Garda will give you the opportunity to discover all the details of its coastline in a new way. Get ready to paddle for 2 hours of pure fun!
What we will do
The appointment is in Campione del Garda (BS), 10 minutes before the time indicated in the booking.
We will be welcomed by an instructor who will explain, before we venture into the water, the basic principles of SUP, how to paddle and how to stay balanced on the board.
Once the briefing is over, we can start the actual activity. From Campione we will paddle along the surface of Lake Garda towards the Veneto shore, until we reach Trimelone Island. This small island was once the site of a military arsenal used in the First and Second World Wars.
Today, the island has become anatural oasis where seagulls and cormorants nest in absolute peace. The spectacle we will see will be truly unique and indelibly imprinted in our hearts. We will also be able to see a barracks, a fort and a small dismantled port. If we wish, we can take a break and refresh ourselves with a swim in the lake.
We will then resume paddling to return to our starting point, having travelled approximately 6 km round trip. The activity will last a total of two hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 12. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Good physical fitness and the ability to swim are required.
Weight must not exceed 140 kg.
Other information
The activity is available from 23 March to 10 November, every day, and will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of four participants.
A changing room and showers are available at the meeting point. Personal belongings can be left in the care of the staff.
The meeting place can be reached by public transport. There are free and paid parking spaces in the vicinity.
Dogs are not allowed.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
