Have you ever tried to pause the world?
Let yourself be guided by a SUP instructor and mindfulness facilitator in an experience of listening and presence. You will paddle in the natural setting of Lake Maggiore in Angera, the town of the Rocca, and circumnavigate theIsolino Partegora, with a stop to practice breathing and relaxation exercises on the SUP.
3 hours to reconnect with nature in its purest form!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Angera (VA). We will be welcomed by theSUP instructor and mindfulness facilitator, who will accompany us on this adventure.
Once all the participants have gathered, the experience will begin with a lesson on the beach: the instructor will teach us the basic technique for paddling SUP and invite us to relax with breathing and awareness exercises. This first moment will last 1 hour.
And here we are ready to venture out on SUP in the waters of Lake Maggiore: we will paddle between banks full of vegetation and theislet Partegora, a small natural jewel that is said to have inspired the scientist Alessandro Volta in his research. With its flora and the discreet presence of wildlife, the islet will offer the perfect setting to stop, close your eyes and listen to the sounds of nature with a water meditation practice.
We will finally return to the meeting point; the experience will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 7 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Children up to 11 years of age will participate in the experience by sharing a board with an adult.
It is not necessary to know how to swim to participate.
The activity is of an easy level and suitable for a first experience of SUP and meditation.
Other information
The experience takes place from June to August. From September to May, theSUP and meditation excursion on the Navigli in Milan is available.
The duration of the activity may vary depending on the number and experience of participants.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Personal items and valuables may be left with the organiser for safekeeping during the experience in a waterproof bag.
Mobile phone use is not permitted during the experience for reasons of safety and involvement; the instructor will not fail to take digital photos and videos of participants.
Dogs are not allowed to participate in this activity.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
