Join us for a 2-hour snowshoe hike in the Gran Paradiso National Park and enjoy a unique experience under the starry sky!
Starting from Rhêmes-Notre-Dame, in the province of Aosta, you’ll follow a nature trail accompanied by an expert guide. You’ll walk through dense larch forests in peaceful tranquillity along snow-covered paths, lit only by torchlight (and the moon).

What we will do
We’ll meet 15 minutes before 5. 00 pm in Bruil, a hamlet of Rhêmes-Notre-Dame (AO) . Once there, we’ll meet the guide who’ll be taking us on this adventure!
Once all participants have gathered and the equipment has been handed out, there will be a briefing during which we’ll be given all the information we need to ensure a worry-free experience. We’ll then walk to the starting point of the excursion, which is about a 2-minute walk away.
And here we are, ready for our snowshoe hike under the stars: we’ll set off into the Gran Paradiso National Park, traversing the picturesque winter landscape dotted with larch forests. The route is 5 km long with a maximum elevation gain of 150 metres, making it suitable for everyone!
We’ll finally return to the meeting point at 7. 30 pm. The experience lasts a total of around two and a half hours.

The activity is easy and ideal for a first snowshoe hike.

The programme runs from January to March and is confirmed once the minimum number of 6 participants has been reached.
Dinner is not included in the participation fee. To book a table at the restaurant, confirmation is required after booking.
Dogs are not permitted.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
